Zürich

FITBOXEN SILO

Tuesdays from 7.30 pm to around 9 pm in the Silosilo (Limmatstrasse 254, 8005 Zurich)

The focus is on fitboxing and learning kick techniques from taekwondo. We don't teach tactics for duels, but rather focus on physical fitness and endurance.

We also do strength exercises in every training session; at the end there is joint stretching. Participants can chat and get to know each other before and after the training.

FITBOXEN MANEGG

Mondays 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m in the Manegg Halle, Entrance D (Allmendstrasse 93, 8041 Zurich)

CAPOEIRA

Wednesdays from 6pm. to 7.45pm. (for adults and children from 10 years old) and Thursdays from 7pm. to 9pm. (adults only) in Zurich (registration required)

In these two training sessions, we practise the Brazilian combat dance in a group. While children are welcome on Wednesday, it is an adults-only training on Thursdays.

Football training is open to everyone from the age of 14. In a communal football game you get to sweat together and forget about your worries.

RUNNING

Twice a week we explore the streets and parks of Zurich with our running group. In the middle of the 90-minute run, we do strength exercises together. We also regularly take part in public runs, e.g. in the Zurich New Year's Eve Run and the Zurich Marathon.

Before and after the runs friendships are made and the community is strenghthened.

SPORTEGRATION YOGA | MIXED

Fridays from 3pm. to 4pm. Studio Yoga in a bag (Hohlstrasse 481, 8048 Zurich)

On Friday afternoons all genders are welcome to join the course. The aim of the training is to reduce stress, strengthen body awareness and concentration and, of course, increase fitness.

With Sportegration Volleyball, beginners can find an introduction to volleyball and advanced players can improve their skills. Training and playing together are a good opportunity to clear your mind and find positive distractions. The focus is on fair play and fun in the group.

OUTDOOR FITNESS

Thursdays 

von 10am. to 11am.
Studio Flow Village, (Kinkelstrasse 10, 8006 Zurich)

Participants can get their energy up in kickboxing at the Flowvillage. The lesson focuses on self-defence techniques from kickboxing and cardio training. Physical fitness and endurance are trained. And of course, the fun and enjoyment of training together is the main focus here too. 

BASKETBALL

Saturdays from 10am. to 11.45am. Gym of the KV Zurich (Limmatstrasse 310, 8005 Zurich)

Sportegration Basketball is aimed at everyone who enjoys ball and team sports.

Women and men work together to improve their feeling for the ball and train their endurance. After warming up and exercises, players play in alternating teams. Thanks to the great team spirit, it is worth it for both experienced and new players. The fun factor is very high!

SPORTEGRATION FITBOXING | WOMEN ONLY

Mit Kinderbetreuung

Sundays from 5pm. to

around 6.30pm. 360 Martial Arts (Hohlstrasse 535, 8048 Zurich)

Sportegration Fitboxing for women is aimed at women and children. Refugees as well as local women are welcome. In addition to improving physical fitness, the training serves in particular to strengthen self-confidence. We also include dance elements into our training! We offer a protected space in which refugees can come into contact with local women and get to know each other.

Das Hallenvolleyball in Winterthur zählt zu unseren beliebtesten Trainings. Spielspass ist vorprogrammiert, wobei Teamwork hier an oberster Stelle steht. Komplette Anfänger sowie Fortgeschrittene werden sich wohlfühlen.

Im Volleyball entsteht ein tolles Gemeinsamkeitsgefühl und eine Verbundenheit.

FUSSBALL

Freitag

Schulhaus Geiselweid (St. Gallerstrasse 1, 8400 Winterthur)

In unserem Fussballtraining in Winterthur sind alle willkommen. Zusammen wird gedribbelt und geschossen und alle haben viel Spass. Während der Wintersaison verschiebt sich das Training in die Halle. Während der Sommersaison spielen wir beim Fussballplatz des Schulhauses Geiselweid.

Das Yoga in Winterthur ist nur für Frauen.

Ziel des Trainings ist der Stressabbau, die Stärkung des Körperbewusstseins sowie der Konzentrationsfähigkeit und natürlich die Steigerung der Fitness.

In beach volleyball everyone enjoys the summer months outside in the sand. As in volleyball, teamwork is everything and there is a great sense of community. The training is open to beginners and advanced.

In the Sportegration courses German, English, Mathematics and ICT, refugees can acquire elementary knowledge, which is useful in their search for apprenticeships. Already existing knowledge is improved. Thanks to the limited number of participants, teachers can better support with individual challenges. The courses serve as a supplement to the subjects offered in the schools or as a basis for refugees who cannot take a German, English, math or computer course anywhere else.
